About Wedge
Every brand is fighting for the same eyeballs, using the same playbooks, creating the same content.
Your competition isn't just your direct competitors anymore; it's every piece of content competing for attention in an endless scroll.
But there's no standard for content strategy.
Universities don't teach it, and generic AI tools help you make more content, but not better content.
No one taught you how to write hooks, structure stories, or adapt your message for different platforms.
Meanwhile, 81% of people spend 12+ hours weekly on social and use it to make purchasing decisions.
Most people are stuck in content anxiety, constantly wondering if what they've made sounds like their brand or if they're just adding to content landfill.
We built Wedge to solve a problem we've seen with 100s of brands and creators face:
Using great content as their driving force to make space in the market.
We work with you to pull strategy from within your business, then build it into an AI platform that helps you execute consistently.
It's time to make your OWN space.

About Kim Elizabeth James
Kim pitched her way into the first content marketing role for one of Australia's biggest brands at 24. Over the next decade, she experienced firsthand every content challenge her clients face today - from APAC Content Strategist at Hootsuite to Chief Customer Officer, watching millions get spent on strategies that looked impressive in presentations but never worked in practice.
Kim has been in your shoes as a marketer, facing every "this doesn't sound like our brand" conversation, every Monday morning content panic, every stakeholder approval process. She watched great content ideas get diluted through multiple rounds of feedback and saw teams stuck in "keeping the lights on" mode.
Kim believes she will never preach without practising, so she built her content strategy and proved it worked - going viral with 10+ million views in its first year by being authentically herself.
Today, she runs her 30K+ community, The Career Girl Diaries and tests all ideas firsthand.
Kim is the senior social strategist behind Wedge.
About Ryan Mitchell
Ryan bootstrapped his way through multiple agency builds, watching marketing evolve while demand for sharp social content increased.
He witnessed businesses struggle with content strategies that impressed in boardrooms but couldn't be executed because of a lack of understanding of what social content actually is (hint: it's not always about SELLING).
Starting in pure performance marketing, Ryan spotted that social-first creative had become essential for any business's success in the modern era.
He's burned countless hours in the content creation cycle, navigated every "this doesn't capture our voice" meeting, and felt the sting of knowing his content could perform better without knowing HOW to do it.
Ryan believes you can't create solutions without living the problem, so he became Wedge's most demanding user.
He looks after the platform and paid media side of Wedge's operations.

Wall of Love

Her strategy laid out exactly what we couldn't put into our own words and helped us get clarity. She is great to work with and makes it easy.

It's like having a content compass that always points me in the right direction.

From personas, to content strategies for a retired Instagrammer scared to pick it up again, she gave me clear and actionable outputs that have already reaped record engagement and a connection with my target audience in my first post.

Wedge completely transformed our marketing strategy in a way that felt effortless on my end, while still delivering serious results. They understood the challenges I faced as a founder, customised everything to suit our needs, and worked seamlessly with my in-house social media manager to implement it.
Four months in, our social media and marketing efforts are unrecognisable, driving growth and real results for the business. Kim and Ryan just get it - they’re analytics-driven, founder-minded, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn’t recommend Wedge enough if you want to make more money in your business.
